To manage the GTU exams, that is organized by the Gujarat Technological University, twice in a year, the role of GTU Co-ordinator is much challenging task to be undertaken. End semester exams taken in Winter and Summer sessions, external viva of the students of pre-final and final year, internal evaluation of the students through vivas taken, etc. are efficiently handled by the GTU Co-ordinator.
Not only scheduling for the examinations, maintaining the records for stationaries used, arranging the supervision schedules, class allocation, etc. are the crucial tasks handled by the GTU Co-ordinator.
