The Training & Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates passing out from the college. The main objective of the T&P Cell is to create employable individuals and achieve 100% employment.

The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. Every year, for placement many reputed industries are contacted and invited to conduct campus recruitments. We have been successful in maintaining our high placement statistics over the last two decades and the fact that our students work with many Multi-National Companies throughout the country itself is a testimony to our quality.

Our ingenious alumnae have set new standards in the corporate world through their estimable contributions and it is our firm conviction that we will continue that legacy in the years to come.

We are constantly in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments in order to understand and keep up with the pace of ever-changing demands. To meet these demands and create employable task force the T&P cell organizes various Pre-placement Activities.

To achieve every student’s dream to acquire a job in reputed organization, the Cell is led and assisted by department placement coordinators representing various courses of study.

Pre-placement Activities:

  • Branch Specific Skill Development Training
  • Chalk and Talk presentation twice in a semester to develop the communication and presentation skill of the students.
  • Online Technical Knowledge Test in every semester.
  • Subject wise technical quiz in every semester.
  • Industrial Visit
  • Technical Sessions taken by the industry experts.
  • Group discussion as well as debate
  • 3 Mental Aptitude Tests (MAT) in every semester
  • General Knowledge Test
  • Practice of Mock Interviews for Placement
  • ELOCONISH Program to increase fluency in English language
