The team of students attempted to design hypothetical gene therapy strategy for treatment of retinitis pigmentosa which is a rare genetic disorder. Project is very insightful review to start gene therapy research on various types of retinitis pigmentosa and example for gene therapy approaches for other diseases

The project reviewed various mechanisms of vitiligo disease and complete biochemical illustration of the disease. Various drug targets important in development of therapies were identified for docking studies.

Development of vegan icecream
Team members: Meet Kachhadiya, Mansi Vadi, Meghrajsinh Jadeja

Students were able to make Vegan icecream recipe with very less ecological foot print and cruelty free. Various sensory attribute tests were conducted and good product was developed.
