Admission Based Scholarship:
Scholarship based on merit marks obtained in 12th Grade is given to the students. The amount for the scholarship is decided as (Merit Marks * 100).
Note:
Scholarship is not given to TFWS, ICCR and free ship card students.
Scholarship is not given to students having less than 50 merit marks.
Other Financial Aids Provided:
The VVP Engineering College encourages the students by providing two types of Scholarships on the basis of GTU end semester examination result.
For the last four years implementation of subsidy of Rs.7500/- to all the new students to buy high configuration laptop by the standard company.
The college encourages the students by giving a scholarship amount of 25,000/- on the basis of GTU end semester examination result – SPI wise, branch wise, per semester to the First Ranked student.
The college also encourages the students by providing Scholarship as per the final year GTU CGPA Top 10 Rank as shown below.

Vidya Lakshmi (Educational Loan)
Vidya Lakshmi is a fully IT based Student Financial Aid Authority to administer and monitor Scholarship as well Educational Loan Schemes, through the Pradhan Mantri Vidya Lakshmi Karyakram. We will ensure that no student misses out on higher education for lack of funds. The IT based mechanism under the Pradhan Mantri Vidya Lakshmi Karyakram is expected to provide to students a single window electronic platform for Scholarships and Educational Loans.”
Vidya Lakshmi is a first of its kind portal for students seeking Education Loan. This portal has been developed under the guidance of Department of Financial Services, (Ministry of Finance) , Department of Higher Education (Ministry of Human Resource Development) and Indian Banks Association (IBA).The portal has been developed and being maintained by NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited. Students can view, apply and track the education loan applications to banks anytime, anywhere by accessing the portal. The portal also provides linkages to National Scholarship Portal.
